Fequently Asked Questions

While we work hard to ship orders right away, sometimes there are unexpected delivery delays that are beyond our control such as weather, traffic, holidays and other disruptions. We realize how important it is for customers to receive their orders promptly, but please be patient when these delays occur as we are just as frustrated as you when it happens!

  • If you received your shipping confirmation and tracking number late in the day or on a weekend or holiday there may not be any tracking updates until the next time the package is scanned during a business day.
  • Occasionally, tracking can be slow to update, and sometimes there are no updates until delivery. This is a technical issue with the carrier and unfortunately is beyond our control. Recently with USPS in particular, tracking updates can frequently be quite erratic and unreliable. Again, we ask for your patience as 99% of packages do ultimately make it to their destination safely.
  • First, don’t panic!
  • Next, please check with your neighbors to see if your package was accidently delivered to them. This happens quite often and usually checking with your neighbors can avoid a lot of wasted time and phone calls. We also recommend checking with other members of your household.
  • If your neighbors and others haven’t received your package, there’s still hope! There has been a dramatic increase recently in situations when a mail carrier is running behind on their route, they will scan a package as “delivered” even though it is still on their vehicle and has not actually been delivered. There are also situations where a carrier may scan a package as delivered but fail to place it in your mailbox and it instead remains on their vehicle. In the vast majority of these cases, these deliveries end up arriving within the next 2-3 business days.
  • If you are concerned about your package you can always contact your local post office to make an inquiry.
  • In the event your package still hasn’t arrived within 3 business days after tracking shows delivered, please contact us.
  • Please take photos of the outside of any damaged packaging, as well as of the condition of the contents inside the package and contact us.
  • We are proud of our fulfillment accuracy rate, but sometimes mistakes happen. Please contact us right away if there is an inaccuracy with your order as received.
